I was a customer here for years but since being taken over 8 months ago, it’s not been great to say the least.  I had the worst experience ever, all because i wanted to follow up on a prescription that my gp had  sent to them. As the issue escalated. I was threatened by a member of the team who took it upon herself to take photos of my car as I was driving away shouting “watch” after me, and the. Denying she threatened me. Despite the upset caused the manager did not deal with the situation adequately, and hence now I have decided not to go back there.  Given all the upset she has caused which has had further impact on my health I have had to report it to the police, the ICB and GPhC for further investigations.  I was willing to go back there if I got an apology but the manager couldn’t even get his 18 staff member to do that…….simply awful !
